Ethanol conference proceedings available

The ProBeef 2007 Conference held in September in Ames, Iowa, brought together agricultural scientists and producers to discuss the global influence of ethanol on the beef industry today and in the future. The proceedings are now available online through the Iowa Beef Center. The list of topics includes information on feeding ethanol co-products, economic implications of ethanol production, environmental considerations and potential effects of feeding distillers’ grains on beef quality.
