R-Calf national convention in Omaha

R-CALF USA has announced that the group's ninth annual convention will take place Feb. 20-23, and has been moved to Omaha, Neb. The theme for this year’s event is "Fighting for the U.S. Cattle Producer’s Prosperity — Together." The group's Private Property Rights Committee will hold a seminar on Wednesday, Feb. 20, one day before the convention begins. Panel discussions throughout the convention will focus on issues including animal health, animal identification, market competition, international trade, the farm bill and country-of-origin labeling.
