New animal-handling guidelines

The 2007 Animal Handling Guidelines and Audit Guide from the American Meat Institute are now available. The guidelines, written by Temple Grandin, animal-welfare specialist at Colorado State University, are an updated version of the 2005 guidelines and have been revised based upon feedback from the field.
